What we collect
Event RSVPs. When you RSVP for a seminar we ask for your name and email address; you may also give a phone number and how you heard about the event.
Other forms. The “Watch Session 1 Free”, book and study interest, preach-this-series and host-the-author forms collect the details you type into them.
Technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To confirm your RSVP and send you the schedule, directions, reminders and any changes.
- To plan seating and meals with the host church.
- To tell you about future seminars, replays, articles and resources from One Tiny Mustard Seed. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link in any message.
- To answer messages you send us.
Who we share it with
The host church. Your RSVP details are shared with the church hosting the event you register for, so they can welcome you and plan hospitality. The host church for each event is named on the Events page.
Service providers. We use a web host, an email delivery service and an email list service (FluentCRM, run by One Tiny Mustard Seed on onetinymustardseed.com) to run this site and send messages. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to count visits and see which pages and invitations are useful. It records the pages you view, your approximate city, your device type and how you arrived, using Google cookies. It never receives your name or email address. You can block it with any tracker blocker or your browser’s privacy settings. Otherwise this site uses only the cookies needed to run it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email OTMSproductions@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
